About Laura
I studied Music at the University of Birmingham and took flute lessons at the Birmingham Conservatoire; achieving an LRSM in Flute Performance and a BMus Music degree. Having completed my studies at the University of Birmingham and Conservatoire, I worked to attain a PGCE in Secondary Music with QTS. I am now a fully qualified classroom and instrumental teacher with over 8 years experience (DBS certified).
I am experienced in teaching woodwind instruments including Flute, Clarinet and Saxophone, and have a wealth of experience preparing students for music exams; achieving excellent results.
I am passionate about woodwind teaching and enjoy playing all styles of music from 20th Century French flute music to jazz standards on my saxophone.

Learn how to play woodwind instruments via online or face to face lessons with Laura.
Woodwind lessons are available from beginner to Grade 6 level on Clarinet and Saxophone, and beginner to post-Grade 8 level on Flute. Lessons cater to students of all ages.
Lessons are centred around the student; focussing on individual student needs and requirements.
